Definitions

• of fulfilling the legal obligations of transparency and information of the company towards the visitors of the page and its customers

• of intermediation of the provision of services, through the possibility of online requests for reservations and information
• of mediation and facilitation of recruitment and collaboration processes
• to build a community with shared values/aspirations/desires in terms of relaxation, rest, entertainment, gastronomy, sports-recreational activities

Reservations/payments cannot be made directly through the page, visitors cannot make their own publications and a user account is not required for access/use.

The company’s responsibility regarding the content and operation of the page The images and descriptions regarding locations/accommodation rooms/services/facilities/events are strictly for presentation purposes. The company does not assume responsibility for the permanent and/or instant updating of the changes that have occurred over time.

Such images and descriptions do not guarantee a permanent availability and/or ready delivery on our part and cannot modify/add to the services/conditions of quantity, quality and specific delivery time, assumed by the company through the individually launched offers and/or signed contracts with the Beneficiaries of these services.

At the same time, no element of content contained in this website can be interpreted contrary to and in the sense of exoneration from the observance of the specific rules for the use of contracted services and facilities.

Correlatively, their lack of availability or accuracy does not give the right to compensation/price refunds/does not change the conditions for canceling a reservation.

The company does not assume responsibility for other inaccurate information published on the website. The company does not assume the obligation to provide the products and services presented on the website exclusively through its own means, being able to call on external collaborators in this regard, without your express prior consent.

Visitors are instructed to contact the company, through the communication channels displayed on the website, for information on the products and services available at a given time, their technical and quality characteristics, prices base, any services and products that may be charged additionally, guarantees and any other relevant information.

Damages of any nature, direct or indirect, caused to users by unauthorized interventions of any type on the site fall under the direct and exclusive responsibility of their author. The company is not responsible in this regard, but, when the law requires, it will take all reasonable measures to prevent/limit the unauthorized intervention and its consequences.

The company does not assume responsibility for direct/indirect damages suffered by visitors due to non-functioning/improper functioning/delay in the execution of orders given through the functions available on the site/computer viruses/display errors/for the impossibility of accessing the site at a given time due to some technical problems.

Any visitor has the obligation to comply exactly and completely with the provisions contained in this document, under the penalty of restricting/limiting access to the page and full reparation of direct and indirect damages caused to the company and third parties.

The rights of the company and the responsibility of the users under the conditions of the previous paragraph also extend to the rights and legitimate interests of the representatives/employees/associates/collaborators/customers/providers of products and services to it/the concerned persons whose data are processed by the company, damaged in any way through acts of non-compliant use. This document, any act of access and navigation, as well as disputes related to them, are governed by Romanian law and fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.

Any disputes between the parties regarding the interpretation and execution of this document will be resolved amicably with priority, through direct conciliation, for a period of 15 days, and those not resolved in this way will be referred to the competent courts.

Consumers – physical entities that act outside of commercial, business, craft or professional purposes – can use the alternative online dispute resolution mechanism – SOL, offered by the European Commission, for those disputes that fall within its scope.
